No more costly mistakes in key positions. For the first time, you can learn what normally takes 9 months to discover about a candidate – before you sign the contract.
9 out of 10 companies discover destructive director behaviors only after 6-9 months. We shorten this time to 48 hours.
The cost of a bad hire isn't just the salary. It's destroyed projects, lost clients, and a wasted year.
Many C-level candidates say exactly what you want to hear. Their true behavioral patterns – the ones that will destroy your team – only become visible to the naked eye after 6-9 months.

Learn more88.36% Explained Variance isn't a slogan. It's mathematics.
The Calculated Explained Variance (r²) comes from the predictive validity correlation established in the groundbreaking meta-analysis: Schmidt, F. L., & Hunter, J. E. (1998). This value represents the Coefficient of Determination (r²), indicating that unstructured job interviews explain only 3.61% of the variance in future job performance, leaving 96.39% to chance.
The figure 88.36% does not come from our own validation study. It's a mathematical consequence of Schmidt and Hunter's meta-analysis. They demonstrated that candidate assessment methods have varying validity – interviews 0.19, personality tests around 0.4, etc. They also proved that combining several methods yields validity higher than any single method – the incremental effect.
Our method doesn't rely on simple addition of these methods – that would be impossible. It's synergy: the right combination of proven dimensions that science has known for years produces an effect higher than any of them individually. The value 88.36% is a derivative of this very principle – science knew the ingredients, we were the first to find their proper interaction.

Frequently Asked Questions
We don't reduce. It's a similar principle to well-known tools – competency tests, assessment centres, or 360-degree reviews. Human behaviors, though complex, have their repeatable patterns. We simply recognize these patterns earlier and more accurately – not to pigeonhole, but to give you hard data before they can harm the company.
Organizations have been quantifying behaviors for years: performance reviews (1-5 scale), competency tests, assessment centers, 360-degree feedback, behavioral KPIs. Companies measure punctuality, collaboration, initiative, conflict resolution ability. We simply do it more accurately – with our proprietary method that combines all these dimensions into one coherent predictive profile.
No. It complements it with hard data. An interview is a subjective impression. Our report is a behavioral profile with SWOT analysis and risk indicators.

The people who built 5OPAR™ spent years in operational leadership roles. We saw brilliant candidates rejected at final interview stages – and charismatic candidates hired, only to fail within months. We saw the pattern repeat across companies, industries, and continents.
We also understood why it happens. The traditional hiring process has a structural bias: it rewards self-presentation skills over actual leadership ability. A candidate who performs well in a 60-minute interview can hide behavioral risks that will destroy a team. A candidate who is quiet, analytical, and deeply competent can be dismissed because they don't establish rapport with the interviewer.
This isn't anyone's fault. It's a flaw in the tool, not the people using it. But it's a flaw that has cost companies millions – in failed hires, lost talent, and broken teams.
We built BDD™ to remove that bias.
To give organizations data above the limits of charisma and first impressions. Evidence above chemistry and gut feeling.
Today, we combine analytical rigor with hard-won business experience – to give you the tool we ourselves wish we'd had years earlier.
